Q1: How to choose the right precision bearings for my equipment
A: Correct selection is the foundation of bearing performance. Please pay close attention to the following parameters: load (direction and size), rotational speed, and precision grade. Working environment (temperature, dust, corrosiveness) and installation dimensions. You can directly provide the equipment model or working condition parameters, and our technical engineers will offer you free selection suggestions.
Q2: How long is your lead time?
A: It will take 1 week if the order size is less than 10,000 pcs. It will take 4 weeks if the order size is more than 100,000 pcs.
Q3: Do you accept small orders?
A: Yes, initially we accept small-scale trial orders. Later, we can negotiate for contract-based batch deliveries.
Q4: How do you deal with non-standard bearing order?
A: First of all, our MOQ is 50000 pcs on the non-standard bearing order. We must provide the relative drawing.We accept OEM.
Q5: How does your company ensure the quality and reliability of the bearings?
A: We implement full-process quality control from raw materials to finished products. Core processes are carried out on automated production lines and are equipped with high-end testing equipment such as three-coordinate measuring machines and vibration and noise detectors to ensure that every set of bearings leaving the factory meets the specifications and performance commitments.
